Symptoms of gynecomastia and Things to do before planning surgery

Identify if you really have Gynecomastia:

The big issue is that we can’t understand if we really have gynecomastia or not. I do have gone through this situation and I have face it for years of my life. I am sharing my experience which helps you to understand better about gynecomastia.

There is two thing that happen with our chest

 1) Fat tissue
 2) Gland

Due to the saturation of fat on chest it is look alike we have gynecomastia but really we don’t. We hesitate to show our self or to join Gym because of the fat chest. If you really have gynecomastia issue then symptoms are as follow:
  • ·         Nipple are will get increase.
  • ·         Nipples and surrounded area are very sensitive.
  • ·         Press area near the nipple and if you can see any kind of lump (Hardness) then it is gynecomastia. If it is normal and no lump then it is fat.
  • ·         You will face pain when you press nipple area.
  • ·         Pointed nipples.

If there is no symptoms that you can see then it is clearly chest fat which look like Gynecomastia.

Things to do before planning surgery:

Before you assume you have Gynecomastia and plane for surgery you should try things below.
  • ·   Try to join Gym, yes it’s hard to do gym with bulky chest but it will help you to overcome this issue and prepare your chest for surgery.
